High wear-resistant polyurethane coated hose
This is a flexible hose conveyed by positive pressures which can be flatly coiled up and rolled. It is made of the TPU inner rubber layer, the fiber reinforcement layer and the TPU external rubber cover. The electric conducting metal wires added to the fibrous layer can solve the electrostatic problems of flexible hoses generated in oil transportation. Multiple media, including the gas, the water and the oil, can be transported. They will not pollute the media transported. On some special occasions, it can replace steel tubes and rubber hoses. Compared with rubber hoses and steel tubes, they have light weight, high bearing abilities, high transport efficiency, soft texture, easy operations, quick laying and dismounting speed, highly-manoeuvrable performance, strong adaptability to environment, safe and reliable operations and a durable service life. This hose can be coiled up and rolled.
According to customers’ using situations, various polyurethane double coated hoses of special requirements, such as the oil-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, salt-frog resistant and ultraviolet light resistant flexible hoses, can be customized.
Application range: They can be widely used to supply oil, to pave temporary conveyer lines and to transport mortar and concrete in the petroleum exploration field.
