its the the centre of outside loom frame arent in the same point with the inside loom frame.

How would the two centre point dont meet the point?

its due to when loom factory assemable the loom,the problem had happened.and this problem is esaily happend when they production loom. Its a big problem for mandals structure loom.when this problem happened,the outer frame had stucked by the inner frame,we can do nothing to solution this problem.what make condition worse,70% rate can be happened like this.and cant be mantiance easily,you need to rebuilt this loom from the first step.

To avoid this problem,our engineer had improve the structure on mandals loom.

we had change the outer frame structure ,we make the outer frame dont stuck in the inner frame.we use screw to fix the outer frame to the foundation.

when the two centre circle are not in the same point, it can be easy maintance the loom to make it in same point.the centre point are alright,shedding wheels will be in their normal use life.
